Pros

The strength of iSpot's products is generated solely by the independent strength of its workforce, not because of strong leadership.

Cons

The c-suite spend almost all their time catering to the whims of the CEO so they're rarely available. This also creates an "inner circle" that prevents good communication throughout the company and deprioritizes some workers. Independent thought is discouraged.
