Pros

Good people, good benefits, decent pay.

Cons

The CEO’s unrealistic expectations and failure to inspire are dragging the company down. He is hypercritical, often demoralizing people with phrases like “You’re overcomplicating it.” His lack of patience and constant introduction of new top priorities each week create chaos. Believing he is the smartest person in the room, he undermines his hires and is quick to anger, fostering an environment of fear by removing anyone who disagrees with him. He surrounds himself with yes-men, whom he ultimately blames when his ideas fail. The high turnover at the C-level is not a sign of improvement; it merely highlights who the real problem is. My advice to potential replacements: avoid working for this man. The money is not worth it, and you will not succeed here.
