iSpot offers good health benefits, though the pay isn't as enticing.

Cons

The leadership sets the employees up for failure, and it sets itself up for disappointment. There's nothing wrong with the employees here as we all do our best and make do with what we have. However, the management sets unrealistic expectations and unreachable targets and then gets disappointed when we don't reach them.
