Pros

ispot still has a good reputation in the industry so job hunting isn’t a huge challenge

Cons

The CEO refuses to admit he’s unable to lead the company, and that his leadership team. This means that every 12-18 months there is a complete turnover of leadership. From Sales to Dev, employees are routinely laid off with little to no severance, and new leaders are brought in. This means every new leader wants to make their own mark, which means more layoffs so they can bring in their own people, re-orgs and delayed comp plans. Each day is a mystery as to what will happen. Ultimately this stops any progress, and the company is in the same position is was years ago. It’s a shame to watch competitors with inferior products pass us by. Diversity is non existent and there is no concern for employee health or well being.
