Pros
Some talented people trying their best despite the circumstances. Decent snacks and office perks The product has potential if they could focus on one feature for more than a minute.
Cons
Leadership is reactive rather than strategic—constantly rining alarm bells without clear direction. Communication from upper management is inconsistent and often lacks transparency. Blame is shifted to employees who weren't even involved in the project. Work-life balance is poor; unrealistic deadlines and high-pressure environments are common. Highest turnover I've experienced, with many experienced employees leaving or being let go, which creates knowledge gaps. Typically we find out when their slack and email are suddenly deactivated. Career growth is limited unless you’re part of the “inner circle.” Feedback is not welcomed unless it aligns with what CEO wants to hear.
