Management is so sales driven that they often make unethical and moral decisions that are questionable. Although a strong Mormon influence in the ownership, they use onsite apartments to cheat on theirs spouses and use predatory rates, only to increase them after a couple of months. I believe the CEO is sincere, just has the wrong middle management team in place.
