If you like working alone and getting screamed at all day for things that are completely out of your control and the company doesn't care about.
Cons
The company doesn't care about it's customers or employees, AT ALL! They make you recite this nonsense that they have: Integrity, Humility, Compassion, and Accountability. All of it is complete garbage. I've never seen a company that showed none of those values more than istorage. They also don't give bonuses, so right there, you should get a job with ANY other storage company. The pay is low! They can't hire or keep any employees because of how crummy of a job it is. They have to constantly keep stores closed, when scheduled open, because they have so few employees. Also, don't be surprised if you run multiple stores, completely by yourself, and only get paid for running one. But they will scream at you if everything isn't getting 100% done. This despite the fact that you spend your day driving back and forth putting on and taking off overlocks. They also don't want to put any money into their facilities. But hey, maybe you like low pay and doing tons of unpaid work while getting screamed at by everyone.
