Company is small but have big vision. Allows you to do different things and learn different skills.
Cons
Whether you or your department is valuable/worthy of attention is based on luck. If you can make yourself important or look confident and pretty, will get you a ticket to the big kids table. In most cases, you don't. Then all your worth are just "you are doing your job."
