flexible work hours, some co-workers are nice.
Cons
almost no senior level managers, I worked for them less than a year but more than 8 people left. I heard from co workers that most people left between 2018-2022. The ones that's left are either international students who's got no choice or local people who can not get a better offer. So in short, not so much career development because everyone is so new. Like other people said, they only hire cheap international students. CEO manages everything but he is too old and got lots of trouble himself(just google his name). Lots of OT without pay. CEO's poor vision and decision make me worried about the company's future. They laid off lots of people in February . Sales decreasing for years. The business outlook is definitely not good.
