Everyone I work with absolutely loves working here and we have all become like a family. We have a lot of fun at the office and we all manage to complete our tasks and do our part to grow this family owned company to the next level. They also have an amazing bonus program where employees are rewarded for rising production as well as being rewarded for being a great team player and exhibiting outstanding teamwork weekly.

Growing Pains: ienjoyHome is growing at an exponential rate, when I first started here about 2 years ago, there were 12 to 15 employees total in the entire company and we outsourced our fulfillment, we now have almost 100 employees in 2 locations and our fulfillment and distribution is all in-house. With this kind of growth, you can expect some bumps along the road, such as a slow down in the communication between divisions, or a lack of physical space for you and your fellow employees. However, as I am writing this we have not only implemented weekly staff wide meetings to improve coordination, but we are also about to begin the process of moving offices to a newly built facility with more than enough room for us as we continue to expand.
