Pros

-Friendly atmosphere, where everyone knows one another -Great benefits from medical, to retirement, to paid time off and great pay -A place that celebrates and acknowledge success and hard work -Health-conscious environment -Employee and customer-focused -Supportive of the greater community, and social and environmental responsibility -Diverse and inclusive workforce, and working diligently to continue to diversify even more

Cons

Employees should advocate their passion and interests for new opportunities within the organization. Some are not comfortable doing so and therefore may miss out simply because their manager(s) were unaware. Some managers do a wonderful job of developing their employees, having regular and candid meetings and plans, while working for advancement of their team in an effort to keep employees engaged. Would like to see more of this across the organization.

Pros

The company strongly promotes a sense of internal loyalty through its "Orange Blood" culture, presenting itself as a tight-knit family. While this can create a feeling of community for those who align closely with leadership expectations, it may feel less welcoming to individuals who value independent thinking or outside perspectives.

Cons

For some, the cultural intensity can verge on insularity, with a few observers informally comparing it to a "true believer" environment. Company events and traditions are frequent and lively, but may feel performative rather than inclusive to those who have not spent their entire careers with the company. Within the company there is a clear ambition to align with modern tech industry standards. But the company's foundations in industrial manufacturing continue to strongly influence its culture and operations. This heritage provides stability, but also limits the speed and flexibility associated with true technology-driven organizations. Overall, while the workplace appears friendly and committed on the surface, prospective employees should take time to evaluate whether the culture’s strong internal focus and industrial paced product development supports their long-term career growth.
