Pros
Work life balance. Good Salary (At least in my case) Flat hierarchy.
Cons
No technical growth. Worst HR & HR policies. Hell lot of office politics and favouritism. Biased and Bully managers/team leaders (including team leaders in Germany) Few managers/senior colleagues have no moral values. On the ground of professionalism, corporate culture and office etiquette few of managers/team leaders/senior colleagues are Illiterate.
