Pros

Working at impact.com right now is an exhilarating experience. There is incredible momentum across the company, and while it’s a fast-paced environment with high expectations, seeing the Greater China team consistently land major wins and be featured in global roll-outs is deeply inspiring. Global Exposure: The culture here is truly dynamic. We have regular exposure to global meetings and collaborate with colleagues across different regions, which is a massive catalyst for my professional growth. Celebrating Success: Our GC business is growing rapidly year-on-year. We make it a point to celebrate both small wins and key milestones together, particularly during our Monthly GC Huddles, which really fuels our team morale. Office Environment & Perks: Our new office is a huge point of pride! From the renovation and move to the grand opening, it’s been a great journey. The daily experience is premium, featuring an elevated workspace with a wonderful view and catered lunches twice a week. Commitment to Well-being: The company truly "walks the talk" when it comes to our health. The transparency in sharing reports after multiple air quality tests and treatments—which exceed national standards—shows a genuine level of care that makes me feel valued as part of the team. Continuous Learning: I truly value the investment in our personal development. Between top-tier resources like Coursera, the Partnerships Experience Academy (PXA), and regular people enablement sessions, there are great opportunities to keep upskilling and growing professionally. The People: If you enjoy working with smart, talented, and collaborative people who are genuinely enthusiastic about the partnership economy, you will love it here!!!

Cons

Fast-Paced Scaling: As the business continues to scale, the high expectations and speed of growth require us to be very adaptable and ready to hit the ground running. Complex Industry: The partnership economy is a specialized field with a steep learning curve. New joiners need to be very proactive about using our training resources to get up to speed quickly. Global Coordination: Working across time zones for global meetings requires some flexibility in our schedules.

Pros

The People: The day-to-day team is easily the best part of this company. Middle management and individual contributors are incredibly smart, empathetic, and wonderful to work with. There is a genuine sense of camaraderie at the ground level. The Product: You are working on something truly viable. The product is incredibly solid, has great market potential, and is something you can actually feel proud to build and support. The Perks: Unlimited PTO and a hybrid office are massive benefits that are genuinely respected by your direct peers and managers, allowing for some work-life flexibility if/when you can grab it.

Cons

Directionless Senior Leadership: Executive leadership is a complete mess. They are chronically misaligned and seemingly incapable of agreeing on a unified strategy. As a result, priorities shift constantly, pulling teams in entirely different directions and constantly piling on chaotic, reactionary work. Culture Shift: While the company loves to preach a healthy, supportive culture, the reality at the top is the exact opposite. Management by Fear: The newest member of the senior leadership team is actively destroying the company culture and morale. They choose to lead through intimidation and dishonesty rather than inspiration and transparency. It has created a toxic ripple effect that is rapidly burning out the middle management layer.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're encouraged that you highlighted the strength of your colleagues, the quality of our product, and the flexibility our teams work hard to provide. At the same time, we're taking your concerns seriously. Alignment, transparency, and culture are critical to building a company where people can do their best work, and it's clear from your experience that we still have work to do. While we may not agree with every characterization, we recognize the importance of listening to consistent themes, learning from them, and continuing to improve how we communicate, lead, and support our teams. We appreciate your contributions and thank you for this feedback.
