Pros
indie is a small company but with enough muscle to tackle many projects and many customers. It is within a very international environment with location in China, Europe and California. Many very talented people with lots of experience in semi-conductor designs, and in multiple areas, IC design, test, software, RF and system. We work hard, but everyone is fully in charge. Many exiting projects where everyone is involved at every steps, from customers discussion to design implementation. There are great opportunities and potential for growth, as the company is right in the good spot of IoT. And the location is in SoCal!

Nothing really. New customers acquisition is challenging as expected for a company of this size, but existing customers are long term, and are also great endorsement for new ones.
