Pros

Remote work, a couple of guys in the management with respectful and positive attitude

Cons

I couldn't help but feel the attitude towards programmers as second-class people. They require you to write in Teams in a channel that you're online when you're online - this is stupid, because Teams automatically updates your status, they want you to post when you start, when you go to drink coffee, when you return, when you finish + send an email explaining what you did, even when you were given no specific tasks They hired me as a .NET backend developer and without asking whether I want or not put me with some other programmers and told to become a React developer. I always hated front-end and in front-end I hate React, that's why I went for a BackEnd position, but they just didn't care, I am happy they fired me.

Pros

The Codebase is good enough, clean code, unit tests.

Cons

As I've mentioned in the review headline, they make you feel like you've committed a crime if there was a bug in the code - Which only happened once, and it was because of wrong business requirements. Out of the blue, they ended my contract (and a tons of other employee as well) - And revoked all access. I even had some uncommitted changes that I was working on. It was the most unprofessional way to do that and I have been in the industry for almost 15 years. One phone call from HR and you're gone.
