Flexible as far as time off and working hours

Low pay, the most disorganized company I’ve ever been a part of, constantly changing management/processes within the organization, way too many accounts for how many employees there are. When I tried to negotiate my salary, I got denied. When I tried to negotiate a raise for completely reasonable points, I was denied. They weren’t willing to work with me on anything I proposed to help clean processes up. Weren’t straight forward or transparent with anything. No culture.

The Codebase is good enough, clean code, unit tests.

Cons

As I've mentioned in the review headline, they make you feel like you've committed a crime if there was a bug in the code - Which only happened once, and it was because of wrong business requirements. Out of the blue, they ended my contract (and a tons of other employee as well) - And revoked all access. I even had some uncommitted changes that I was working on. It was the most unprofessional way to do that and I have been in the industry for almost 15 years. One phone call from HR and you're gone.
