Terrible Culture - Sales interface AI Employee Review

Horrible culture. The founder has built a culture of fear. On a daly basis the entire organization is terrified of saying or doing the wrong thing. Demands constantly change and they expect you to work 10-12 hours a day. They monitor every call and interaction and fire without notice. There is absolutely no sales leadership. They are dishonest about their total client size and have averaged 1-3 sales a year. It's a revolving door of great people and will continue to be if the founder does not get out of the way.
