Toxic micromanagement from top leadership. The husband-wife founders controlled every tiny detail, changed direction constantly, and created a stressful atmosphere where employees felt watched instead of supported. Employees were expected to stay available beyond normal hours, while transparency and accountability from leadership were lacking. If you ask questions or seek some clarity, you will be thrown out without any intimation/warning. Would not recommend unless you’re comfortable with chaos and control issues.
