Cons
This company has one of the most unhealthy work cultures I’ve experienced. What initially appears to be an ambitious startup quickly turns into a place filled with stress, politics, and constant instability. The organization is controlled entirely by a husband-wife leadership team, and unfortunately personal influence seems to outweigh professionalism and fair decision-making. Work-life balance does not exist here. Employees are expected to stretch beyond reasonable limits, often without recognition or proper compensation. Burnout is normalized, and management tends to dismiss employee concerns rather than address them constructively. HR functions more like a management shield than an employee support system, making it difficult to raise genuine concerns safely.
