Pros

Being a Product company working on Artificial and Machine Learning banking domain platform gives an open culture to work with new technologies like React.js, Node.js and many such new technologies New leadership team with competent people coming from various companies who have proven themself are taking up center stage in taking Payjo to next level. Immense growth from small two bedroom to 1000sqft to 3700sqft workplace in a span of less then 2 years being a product company gives a new dimension. From 3 employees bootstrapped company to 30 member team which is hiring double the positions of its current size is showing the progress it has made.

Cons

Being a bootstrap company, still company works very adhoc. Bring in clear set of process, policies and procedures for every level and make it more organised. People management aspects should be given more importance as proper utilisation, monitoring and allocation should reduce bootstrap pressure which is normal in Startups
