1. One of best pros is that the company is all remote so you can literally work from anywhere. 2. The Marketing team has some amazing people to work with. 3. Recently announced a $30m funding so the company is in a pretty stable position 4. My work has immediate impact. 5. Lots of opportunities to learn new things. 6. Linkedin learnings was introduced to upscale.
Cons
1. Sometimes It can be a tough place to work at because of the fast paced requests. 2. Longer working hours if you don't set the boundaries 3. You have to be on ur toes all the time 4. work life balance can be better.
