Only one pros: It gives you experience of hell and how worst can an org be. After experiencing Interface, any other job will be satisfactory. Oh and one more...all the negative reviews are genuine.
Cons
This is perfect example of absolute chaos. Current employees are just scapegoats and literally treated as goats. Decisions are made out of whim. They don't have foundation right but fantasize about doing funky things with AI in one day. Everything is highest priority without actually any priority, thats the level of chaos. There is no wlb, and not sense of wlb either. Every friday night you will be given one highest priority task which is needed by saturday morning. CEO and leadership has no idea on how to run a company, leave alone growth. Your life will become a living hell. They don't even pay full bonus to employees with "exceeding expectations" rating. Go figure.
