I had a disappointing experience working at Payjo India Pvt. Ltd. The company seriously lacks strong and supportive leadership. Internal politics are very common here, and unfortunately, hard work and honesty are not always valued. Even after going through multiple interview rounds, preparing hard, joining the company with dedication, and investing 2-3 years of consistent hard work, there is no guarantee of career growth or appreciation. Promotions and salary hikes are often blocked due to office politics and personal biases at higher management levels. New managers often come in, and with frequent cost-cutting measures, the focus shifts away from employee well-being. In such situations, it is usually the junior or mid-level employees who suffer the most. It is very disheartening for people who genuinely work hard and want to build a long-term career here. Sadly, many good employees leave or are forced out because of these toxic practices. I still believe that hard work is never wasted—what goes around, comes around. God is watching.
