Pros
Direct, no-nonsense feedback from the CEO, which is usually crystal clear. Beats guessing about expectations any day of the week. Lots of things to learn and lots of interesting problems to solve. Never a boring day. Paycheck is always on time. If you're comfortable with the start-up mentality and looking for a place you can meaningfully contribute without getting lost in the multitudes of employee numbers many other places have, it's a good place to work. Just don't expect to "punch in, do your time, and punch out." It's not that kind of place.
Cons
Timeline expectations are a little out of whack for turnaround on asks while maintaining quality, but it's a fast-paced and competitive field and the company is on the small side and still in start-up mode, so it's to be expected. Also understaffed, but there is a willingness to hire.
