If you have no problem working for a company that does not value your experience, education and ethics, then loanDepot is the perfect company for you. Management only rewards employees that either have no morals, integrity or ethics. If you have no values and have no talent, then you will be rewarded handsomely there and will be promoted faster than a New York minute!! You are not allowed to use the word lay-off because apparently the company does not lay-off, they fire people. You are chosen based on what management thinks of you. You can have a great review, your peers like you and you deliver your projects but if the management does not like you, your name will be on top of the list. They fire people they don't like and turn around and hire new people for the same position and then fire them if they don't like them. It's a continuous battle. There is only work and life balance for the chosen few and the rest of the employees have to work 12 to 14 hour days and when the time comes, they treat them like garbage and fire them. If you complain to HR about anything, your name will move up to the top of the list of firing really fast. I saw some employees come in at 10am, take 2 hour lunch break and leave at 3 and because they were brought over by the manager they worked for in their previous company and they proudly bragged about how nobody will touch them because of who they know! The CEO brags about how much he cares about his employees but when you tell him about all the bad things his leadership is doing, he gets rid of the person pointing this out and he promotes his leadership. It's true that people hire people like themselves. I used to think very highly of the CEO until I learned that he is all talk and no action. He hires these leaders that are just like him. No compassion for the employees and all he cares about is how much more money he can make and that loyalty and integrity mean nothing. If you are a good back stabber, prejudice, evil and a horrible individual, then you should definitely apply at loanDepot. They recognize characteristics that match their own and you will be hired on the spot! If you have no morals and have no problem sleeping your way to the top regardless of whether you and the leader are married and have kids, then you should definitely apply at loanDepot. Actually if you add the two characteristics I mentioned at the top of your resume, you will be hired as a leader and promoted faster than you can imagine. It's not about what you know and your knowledge and your hard work, it's all about whether you have morals or not. If you have morals, then there is no career path for you, if you have no morals and are willing to do whatever it takes to get that promotion, then there are great opportunities at loanDepot. Just sell your soul to the devil and you will succeed 100% at this company.
