There are great benefits to working at lululemon athletica such as weekly fitness classes that are paid by the company, great discounts and encouraging each individual to dive into their goal setting and look at their long term goals.
Cons
The pay is quite low in comparison to other call centre companies and even though lululemon advocates about work-life balance- this isn't really the case when it comes down to it. Leadership is extremely strict about time-off even if you've been in a traumatic life event or an accident. Furthermore, we aren't given the tools to succeed when it comes down to helping our guests with online orders. The system that lululemon uses for online transactions is extremely out-dated, there's always system glitches, unknown cancelled orders, duplicated orders and we can't cancel or edit individual orders.
