A relatively strong allowance for independent decision making 7. Lots of opportunity even if you lack the academic or professional training 8. Staff rewarding is part of the culture and even small initiatives are recognized 9. There are lots of training opportunities available though they can be repetitive
Cons
1. Every employee must work on the retail floor at least 1x weekly. This limits career growth when you do not want to be on the retail floor, but still enjoy the company. 2. The salaries are too low, across the country 3. 50% of your salary is commission based 4. Your boss will likely be young and relatively untrained. 5. Vacation time is very low 6. You must work weekends, nights, most holidays, Christmas eve and Boxing Day 7. The often touted values of health and balance are largely over stated. 8. There is heavy judgment and ultimately, an inability to advance, if you do not participate in the Landmark forum
