Creative environment, great people (for the most part), talented creatives, fun projects

Cons

Company is run by creatives who severely lack leadership and managerial skills. Roles are extremely limited, as very little opportunity is given to lower-level employees to grow or contribute. Entire leadership staff is centered around a small group of men who are extremely disorganized and exclusive. Employees are paid insanely low salaries to work unlivable hours. Company culture lacks transparency, creating resentment and distrust among employees and managers.
