Pros
Large client portfolio with good salary brackets for consultants
Cons
They tell their clients anything they want to hear in order to obtain business from them. The training they provide is shockingly bad. They can talk a good talk but once you start scratching behind the surface, you realise that they can't deliver a lot of what they're promising. I also noticed that they make a lot of false claims to their consultants (e.g. 20+ vacancies when really there are only 1 or 2). Their attitude is to take on way more consultants than they can actually sell to their clients in hope that some will be good enough to secure a role. The rest will just fall through the cracks and eventually be let go. They give a lot of false hope to people and I really struggled morally to keep them motivated when really deep down, I knew they'd been lied to about the opportunities available. This all comes from the top down. There is a culture that promotes profit more than anything else. The consequence of this is that they're letting people down left right and centre and creating an environment that demotivates people.
