Pros

- Training effectively covered the basics of coding language (Python in my case) - Paid relocation expenses due to job offer being in a different state - Paid Training - Decent Benefits - Received a job offer/interview from a client very quickly after finishing training - Fully onboarded/converted to full-time with the client after a year contracted through Wiley - Pay raise every six months after appraisal with on-site manager

Cons

- Pay is somewhat low initially - Time tracking and dealing with time-off requests between two companies can be tedious - Training will cover the basics, but if the client is a massive company, you may still be pretty far out of your depth initially

Hello, Congrats on your job offer! It is great to hear that you enjoyed your time working with us. It is our mission to help bridge the gap between college and the workforce, and we value every alumni that we get to work with. For many candidates, it is completely normal to feel out of their depth when joining a large multi-national organization. Hopefully, our teams, as well as the client's team, were able to help you become more comfortable over time. Though the pay is competitive initially, candidates typically appreciate the pay increases after their first year. The additional training, guidance, and optional certifications you received should also help you as you move forward in your career. Good luck in your new role! Warm Regards, Steve Ramos Talent Manager - US Tech Stramos@wileyedge.com

Pros

During my time at mthree, the company underwent significant restructuring, including numerous layoffs and the transition of departing from Wiley. While there were challenges, the mission behind the Hire, Train, Deploy model was strong in theory and gave me a sense of purpose in helping applicants find opportunities. The North America Talent Acquisition team was the highlight of my experience—led by people who genuinely care about their work and the candidates they support. They are what make mthree so great.

Cons

I've witnessed upper management fail to support an employee after a client placed them in a difficult situation. The entire model of mthree is to provide support from beginning to end of the candidate journey. That experience made it clear to me that mthree was not a long-term fit. The sales department has unstable relationships with clients, which directly impacts the quality and consistency of work available to consultants. As a result, those who complete the 8-week training program often find themselves in uncertain positions once their training ends. Additionally, upward mobility is extremely limited due to the company's small size, making it necessary to look elsewhere for steady career growth.
