During my time at mthree, the company underwent significant restructuring, including numerous layoffs and the transition of departing from Wiley. While there were challenges, the mission behind the Hire, Train, Deploy model was strong in theory and gave me a sense of purpose in helping applicants find opportunities. The entire model of mthree is to provide support from beginning to end of the candidate journey. That experience made it clear to me that mthree was not a long-term fit. The sales department has unstable relationships with clients, which directly impacts the quality and consistency of work available to consultants. As a result, those who complete the 8-week training program often find themselves in uncertain positions once their training ends. Additionally, upward mobility is extremely limited due to the company's small size, making it necessary to look elsewhere for steady career growth.
