Regarding flexibility with your current work schedule, please don't hesitate to speak to your leader about your needs. We have a very large percentage of our employees who work remotely and do not reside near our brick and mortar locations. Employing remote talent who bring exceptional skills and capabilities into the company is a key part of our talent strategy. We also continue to offer our employees the flexibility needed to better integrate their work and personal lives. So please engage with your leader and explore possible solutions to your specific needs. And thank you for your thoughts regarding DEI, specifically as it relates to women . We continue to be proud of our DEI efforts and progress to date - while recognizing we have more to accomplish. At nCino we are very proud of the fact that we have so many remarkable women leaders and exceptionally talented women across the organization who are actively growing there careers.
