Pros
Small growing company. Everyone is recognized as individuals providing purpose and results; both individually and in teamed efforts. A light office atmosphere without the drama. Great work locations and accommodating schedule capability. Very competitive compensation, even without a bonus. Challenging, energetic, goal driven, and a great group of people.
Cons
This little company has all the nice things that a lot of companies I have worked for over the years had. My previous companies usually had one thing I liked here; one there. Then another one had a good piece, but none had everything I liked or enjoyed all at the same time. That said, nFocus Solutions maintains all the values, ideas, caring, environments, and flexibilities I had wished for from others. Cons vary by employee, and I currently have none. I feel more like I am a member of an extended family than an employee of just another company.
