Fair base salary. Which you will need because there are no sales.

Cons

Read the reviews of the salespeople. The product is not well developed and is twice the price of competitors who have a much better product. They treat salespeople like pariahs and children. For example, it iced over one day in Austin and they closed the office. Everybody in the Austin office was docked one day of PTO because the office was closed. Who does that? Pay attention to what is said about the CEO. She has vision but not the skills to act upon that vision. She needs to step down and let a business person handle the company. I was there for 6 months with 8 new salespeople. Not one sale for anybody!

Working at this company has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The sense of purpose is undeniable. Every day, I get to contribute to something bigger than myself and that’s incredibly motivating. Knowing that my efforts help support those who serve our country gives me a deep sense of pride. I am surrounded and supported by great managers who genuinely care about their people and the mission.
