Team building done right - Vice President of Programs nFocus Solutions Employee Review

I retired from the Army after 29 years and immediately began working for nFocus. So, I only have one corporate experience. However, I have regular contact with over 60 of its employees on the government division, who have worked for many defense and software companies. I am consistently informed by my teammates that nFocus is hands down, the best firm that they have worked for by far. I believe that this is simply due to the fact that nFocus cares about building and keeping good teams...and to accomplish that, one must simply take good care of the people on those teams and their families...it's not hard to give a damn about people and I strongly believe that the members of our team trust nFocus to continue to do just that, take care of them, foster their continued growth, and lead them with integrity. It's not rocket surgery-:)
