Pros
This is the place to live your purpose. In my three years serving nFocus Solutions, I can truly say this company lives its values. The leadership team is engaged on a daily basis and the workforce both honored and heard. The company benefits and amenities are par excellence! I've worked many different contracts and its quite easy to "get lost in the sauce" But with nFocus' inclusive and diverse organizational climate, I've never experienced that.
Cons
The pandemic has spread all of us out a little further. Like most industries, all virtual collaborations can lead to fatigue, but nFocus does make a point to see its workforce face-to-face while giving attention to our client's needs.
