It will remain at the very top as one of the best work-related experiences of my career. Looking back, I can genuinely say I loved my time with this company. They don't just talk about a supportive culture—they live it every day. They truly set the standard for what a healthcare company and its leadership teams should look like, and they have proven it time and again through their actions. They truly set the benchmark for workplace culture and leadership excellence.

When I started out, training was thorough and intensive. They made sure you knew what you talking about and offered support whenever you needed. Offered incentives such as amazon gift cards during holiday season and overtime after two months of being a new hire.

When you extend your stay and don't grovel to a manager, a target is put on your back. Management will put you on a PIP (Personal Improvement Plan). When its PIP time expect micromanaging to the max, Snide remarks when you make a mistake, lack of support in the group chats. Most importantly you will get shut out of queue for tasks. They will assign it to the teacher's pet and you will be left to bite dust. Management will lie and say you didn't try to do your work when in reality they were gatekeeping the tasks from the least liked employees..
