Pros

Cons

I worked at nH for several years and sadly watched things get worse and worse. I was just one of many that was promised things would get better and they never did until I walked out of the door and didn't look back. - naviHealth decided to buy two software companies without any clue of how to run them. That would be fine, except they also failed at finding other leaders that do know how to run software companies. - Leadership surrounds themselves with yes men (yes, literally white cis men) and fail to acknowledge serious issues the company faces like the ability to scale effectively (hiring dozens of new employees every time you sign a client is not a sustainable model), a horribly outdated product, and huge amounts of turnover from the companies they acquired - The software product can't stay stable, resulting in angry customers. They spend months touting "new" and "innovative" features that are really just copies of what more nimble and efficient competitors have built - HR/Talent Acquisition hasn't been doing their job - the company can't attract any, let alone good, talent for positions and backfills. - Employees that actually know what they are doing end up carrying everyone else, and eventually get tired of being overworked and leave. There has been significant turnover within the past few months.

Pros

Working here has officially joined my personal list of the top employers I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of. It will remain at the very top as one of the best work-related experiences of my career. Looking back, I can genuinely say I loved my time with this company. They don't just talk about a supportive culture—they live it every day. They truly set the standard for what a healthcare company and its leadership teams should look like, and they have proven it time and again through their actions. They truly set the benchmark for workplace culture and leadership excellence.

Cons

None to mention. It is a fantastic environment to learn, grow, and thrive.

Pros

When I started out, training was thorough and intensive. They made sure you knew what you talking about and offered support whenever you needed. Offered incentives such as amazon gift cards during holiday season and overtime after two months of being a new hire.

Cons

When you extend your stay and don't grovel to a manager, a target is put on your back. Management will put you on a PIP (Personal Improvement Plan). When its PIP time expect micromanaging to the max, Snide remarks when you make a mistake, lack of support in the group chats. Most importantly you will get shut out of queue for tasks. They will assign it to the teacher's pet and you will be left to bite dust. Management will lie and say you didn't try to do your work when in reality they were gatekeeping the tasks from the least liked employees..
