Everything from nepotism to poor management to lack of true job description etc..... This company is run like a mom and pop that has no idea how to run a large company. It's laughable how they think they are above certain things when really I've come to see that they are a laughing stock in the local market place. Do yourself a favor and move on to better businesses.
