Decent pay. The benefits are ok.

Cons

Run like a small family owned business. No diversity in management, an unbelievable amount of nepotism within upper management. Good old boy atmosphere, once on company video conference and one of the managers had a large Donald Trump banner hanging on wall in his office and they all thought it was funny.
