Pros
Pay is decent and they pay every week on Friday. Equipment is good and mostly new. Facility is clean and new. They provide good boots, uniform.
Cons
They have a very horrible work/ life balance. There HR department is just a political face that the company has just to say the have one. The HR department lets Management do what they want and will bent the rules so they get there way all the time. Management is young and very unprofessional and fit for there roles. Drivers are worked like donkeys or people from 3rd world countries. Your manager will run you like crazy all while he/she sits in a nice office with AC and heater. They are fast to write you up and blame the driver for all mistakes. They do not accommodate any time off or sick time off. You take time off and they will retaliate against you the following work day. You request for time off and they ignore you and when the days you need off come they will tell you they cannot let you take any time cause they have no drivers to cover. There is no senior supervisors to go to for help with UN-experienced management. They will lie out there teeth to get you hired and to believe they are a good employer but once they know you are dependent on them they will start to show you the real company way.. and trust me you wont like it at all. If you want stress, work in the heat in summer, work in the freezing cold in winter, and to be worked like crazy all year long then this is the job for you. I warn anyone that is going to apply for the Route Driver Position to not and move on... you will regret it like I did.
