Working with cutting edge technology for the Power Solutions Group. This means high job security and interesting projects. Customer support is also rewarding.

Cons

This is more of an engineering technician role. You are exposed to lots of circuit design and engineering equipment, but it lacks the technical depth requirements to know as an actual engineer. Some days are extremely redundant.

If you like shift work, that's a pro. I like working with my fellow techs.

Cons

If you don't like shift work, 12 hours a day can be rough. Insurance could be better. Raises could be more often. Promotions could be more often.
