Great people, great product, poor sales management high turnover

Management is micro management and belittles the employees. Watches your every move. was very demeaning to the team. I left because of the management. Took accounts away from me to give to another sales person, uneven distribution of leads. almost impossible quota. Asked to be transferred, fell on deaf ears.

Cons
Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
