Pros? Well before they got too big for their britches, it was pretty pleasant
Cons
Management needs to take some Fred Pryor training courses to learn how to manage employees, and this goes for all departments. Also it's not about skill, but who you know there. It's really a crappy phone service too. That app sucks!

Thanks for your review. Your feedback is helpful so we can build on our strengths and fix our weaknesses.
Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.
Cons
Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
