      - sick leaves: only 3 - micromanagement - board interests are top priority which are never clear at ground level - always work, at night, on weekends. Whenever. - low pay, low RSUs.

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
