A company that was growing (via sales and M&A) and very profitable. Good opportunities at entry- and mid-level. A good mix of old-guard and new blood in both professional and leadership roles. Decentralized leadership put into department- and team-level hands.
Cons
Private equity's squeeze. A push for some KPI's which didn't actually indicate company financial performance.
