Cons
You'll never achieve your bonus. You'll always be asking what your job description is. You get to watch the company whimsically change job titles and pay scales ridding you of your coworkers. Good luck getting yourself into a higher position. No one ever feels confident in their job duties. Break Charts literally so detailed you know when to use the restroom. Countless emails with "corporate tickling feel good motivation". Work your rump off and never get a raise. Oh they also cut almost all comforts out of the budget for their employees. Work here if you would like to regret the time spent living in corporate slave driving.
