Pros
Working at simply mac, i worked with the best coworkers, learned many new skills and learned things that I can use in later jobs. I was also expected to act without much supervision (which I loved) and to be very autonomous.
Cons
I got the distinct feeling that, because I was a woman, I was seen as less valuable than my male employees. It seemed that men with less experience than I were promoted faster and paid more. If you are a woman, stay out of it. This company is very very sexist. Also, the customers in this industry are absolutely horrendous. They are rude, entitled, degrading, awful excuses for human beings. They will try to put you down and make you feel about two inches tall. If you have a soft skin, don't work in this business.
