Really bad communication with corporate management. They want you to think the company has a great culture and is full of passion for Apple and customers, but in reality it's just typical retail. The pay structure is terrible for salespeople. Minimum wage with a chance for commission but the goals are so high that it's difficult to actually get good bonuses. It's owned by Gamestop so they do business like Gamestop. In other words, it's all about the money first, customer service later.
