Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, great company values, has a great family feeling, could be a great company down the road if you can wait out the problems
Cons
No one at the corporate level seems to talk to each other. You will get one update from marketing and then later see that there is no inventory for the marketing plan. Most stores are budgeted way over a realistic budget, the goals for the employees to make a bonus are unrealistic so most sales associates make minimum wage which creates a revolving door of hiring/training. This company would do so much better if they realistically paid their employees for their knowledge and valued them more.
